What method of cleaning do you use?
As professionals, we are IICRC certified in using all of the cleaning methods. Normally hot water extraction, (also known as steam cleaning) is used, unless the carpet manufacturer recommends or requires a different process. This is important if you have a warranty on your carpet, so that it will remain in effect. Many people don’t realize this!
Are your cleaning solutions safe for my family?
Yes. In addition to IICRC certification, we are green seal certified as well as a CRI approved company. We understand and respect environmental concerns, as you will find only the safest products used for cleaning your home. At your request, we will gladly provide you with safety information about any of the products.
Can you remove pet urine spots and stains from my carpet?
Yes! Although Urine spot restoration can be a complicated procedure, there are now new topical solutions and treatments that can eliminate pet urine odors permanently. We use a black light to ensure we find all affected areas, as sometimes urine can splash onto drapes, pillows, and furniture. Click on pet odor for more information.
Does your cleaning fulfill the warranty requirements for my carpet?

Will cleaning cause my carpet to re-soil faster?
No. Lincoln Cleaning solutions and procedures leave minimal residue, ensuring your carpet is left soft and clean…Lincoln Clean!
Does cleaning remove the stain protection from my carpet?
No. The primary cause of carpet protector erosion is the daily foot traffic and use of the carpet. Carpet protector is a clear coating on a flexible fiber. Over time, the flexing of the carpet fibers will cause the protector to flake off.
Is it a good value to restore the carpet protection?
Yes. The fiber manufacturers put protector on the carpets to resist soiling. Protector wears off due to normal use. Restoring the protector will keep your carpets looking clean longer.
